He stated that he does not wish “to see people hurt or injured” during this event. He highlighted that “dangerous conditions” would affect not only attendees but also law enforcement personnel, first responders, police K9 units, and even horses involved in security operations.
Trump further advised potential attendees to “dress warmly” if they choose to participate despite the cold weather.
